Problem
The search in Bitrix24 chats is heavily limited. This leads to:
- Search only finds chat names and participants.
- Message content is not taken into account.
- Manual searching through individual chats is required.
- High time expenditure and missed information.
Solution
We extend the chat search with a global message search. How it works:
- Extension of the existing search bar.
- Display of a new section "Messages from all chats".
- Search across all chat types.
- Clicking a result opens the relevant message directly.
- Automatic highlighting of the found passage.
