Problem
In Bitrix24, task forms inside business processes are static by default. Users see all planned fields at once, regardless of which values they select while working on the task.
For simple processes this is often enough. In complex workflows, however, this limitation quickly leads to cluttered forms. Employees have to fill in fields that are not relevant to their specific case, or they have to decide for themselves which information is necessary. This increases effort and leads to incomplete or incorrect entries.

How it works:
- When a user selects a specific value in a list field, only the matching fields are shown.
- When a yes/no option is activated, an additional field can appear automatically.
- When a user is selected, another field for additional information can be displayed.
- When several users are selected, several related input fields can be generated automatically.
- A separate text field or another suitable field can be shown for each selected user.
- If a user is removed from the selection, the related dynamic field disappears as well.
- The number of dynamically generated fields depends on the user's actions.
- The logic can be adapted individually to the specific business process.
Example: an employee selects three responsible people in a multiple field. The system then automatically displays three separate text fields where individual information can be entered for each person. If one person is removed again, the related input field also disappears.
