Problem
In Bitrix24, certain CRM fields need to be protected from changes in order to ensure data quality. Standard permissions are too coarse and allow no targeted control at the field level. This leads to:
- Unwanted changes to critical data.
- Inconsistency and errors.
- Conflicts between control and flexibility.
Solution
We implement a module for the targeted locking of individual fields. How it works:
- Selection of CRM elements (leads, deals, contacts, etc.)
- Marking of fields that should be protected.
- Definition of exceptions (e.g. admins).
- Fields remain visible but not editable.
- Works in all views (form, list).
