Problem
In the standard "Customer" field in Bitrix24, contacts and companies can be selected independently of one another. This leads to:
- Incorrect assignment of contacts to companies.
- Inconsistent data.

Solution
We implement a custom "Customer" field with logical linking. How it works: • The company is selected first. • Then only matching contacts of that company are shown. • Incorrect combinations are no longer possible.
