Problem
When working in the CRM, other elements often need to be mentioned in a comment. Currently this is done manually and leads to:
- Time expenditure through copying links.
- Interruption of the workflow.

We extend the comment function in the timeline area. How it works:
- New "Mention CRM" function in the comment.
- Fast search for CRM elements.
- Automatic insertion as a clickable link.
- Display with the original name of the element.
