See customers on the map

Problem
By default, Bitrix24 offers no central map view where multiple contacts and companies can be displayed at the same time. Locations are only stored in the individual CRM records and cannot be compared geographically at a glance.
If employees want to see which customers are located in a certain region, they often have to copy addresses manually and transfer them to Google Maps or other external tools. This takes time and makes it harder to plan customer appointments, sales territories, service assignments and deliveries.
Typical difficulties in everyday work:
- Addresses have to be copied one by one from the CRM into external map services.
- The geographic distribution of customers and prospects is not directly visible.
- Employees cannot search specifically for contacts or companies in a certain region.
- Filters by location, responsible person, customer status or other CRM data are missing.
- Multiple appointments and field service assignments can only be planned with additional tools.
- Sales, field service and logistics partly work with different lists and data states.
- Regional focus areas and untapped territories remain hard to identify.
Especially with a large number of contacts and companies, this creates a high manual effort. Decisions are made on the basis of individual records or additional spreadsheets, even though the required address and customer data are already available in Bitrix24.
Solution
WAM IT integrates Google Maps directly into your Bitrix24 CRM. The existing address data is used to display contacts and companies automatically on a central map.
Employees can check the geographic distribution of the CRM data directly in Bitrix24, filter the map view and access the associated records via the markers. Switching between CRM, spreadsheets and external map services is no longer necessary.
The solution can be adapted to your company's existing CRM structure, workflows and permissions.
Features:
- A central map view with all contacts and companies.
- Markers with detailed information such as name, contact and link.
- Filters by region, responsible person, status and other CRM data.
- Search directly on the map.
- Clustering with many records.
- A map view within the contact or company.
- Display of the location.
- Automatic centering.
- Different map modes.
For example, sales staff can display all customers in a certain area, connect field service appointments more effectively or check which prospects are near a planned appointment.
The map view can also be used for service, logistics and site planning. Which CRM elements, marker information and filters are needed is coordinated with you before implementation.
Output
After the integration, your employees receive a central geographic overview of the contacts and companies stored in Bitrix24.
The map view makes spatial relationships visible that are hard to recognize in individual CRM records or spreadsheets. This allows teams to plan their work faster and make decisions based on current CRM data.
- An overview of all customers on one map.
- 60-80% time savings in planning and navigation.
- Faster decisions in sales.
- Improved collaboration in field service and logistics.
WAM IT handles the technical integration, configuration and testing of the extension in your Bitrix24 environment. You receive a solution that not only visualizes the existing CRM data but is also aligned with your actual sales, service or logistics processes.
