Control email delivery flexibly

Problem
In Bitrix24, emails from CRM, tasks, notifications and forms are sent by default via the integrated SMTP server or via connected mailboxes (IMAP/SMTP). In many cases, however, these options are not flexible enough:
- Delivery via company-owned SMTP servers required (e.g. Exchange, Postfix, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun).
- Use of different SMTP servers for different departments or email types.
- Missing advanced settings (TLS/SSL, API key authentication, priorities, limits).
- No easy switch to a backup server when problems occur. This results in emails not being delivered, ending up in spam, or being sent with the wrong sender.
Solution
We provide a module for the advanced configuration of SMTP servers in Bitrix24. Main features of the module:
- Management of multiple SMTP profiles in the admin area.
- Configuration of server, port and protocol.
- Choice of authentication method (login/password, API key, OAuth).
- Support for TLS/STARTTLS, SSL or unencrypted.
- Definition of sender (From) and Reply-To.
- Prioritization of SMTP servers (main and backup server).
- Assignment of profiles to mailboxes, departments or email types.
- Automatic fallback on errors.
- Logging of all email deliveries (status, server, time).
- Test delivery directly from the settings.
- Compatibility with all email functions in Bitrix24 The module works in the background and requires no changes to the system code.
Output
- Full control over email delivery.
- Improved delivery rate.
- Use of external email services without additional integration.
- Automatic switch to backup server in case of outages.
- Transparency through logging of all emails.
