Problem
Employees often use paper note slips or notes on their smartphone to quickly capture ideas, reminders or tasks. In Bitrix24 there is no convenient tool for such "quick notes" that are directly visible on the home page (feed), in project groups or on a separate page. As a result, important thoughts get lost and have to be searched for later in comments or tasks.
Solution
We have developed the "Sticky Notes" module, which integrates digital note slips into Bitrix24.
The user can create notes directly in the activity stream, in project groups or on a separate "My Notes" page. The notes support:
- File attachments.
- Board structure.
- Archive function.
